Robert Rene Fiallo is a banking and real estate professional who leverages more than 30 years of experience to support financial institutions as chairman and CEO of Bank Advisors, LLC. He has served in this role since 2015, facilitating mergers and acquisitions and managing a bank startup. Robert Rene Fiallo is currently working to launch a digital-first private bank, US Trust International Bank, in the US Virgin Islands to support cross-border financial activity. Also experienced in real estate, he has managed mix-use development projects and developed housing for veterans and people with disabilities.
Mr. Fiallo has held executive positions with multiple banks and financial organizations throughout his career. He was division president at Sterling Capital from 2007 2009, and previously served as chairman and CEO at Fidelity & Trust Bank in Bethesda, Maryland, and EVP at F&M Bank in Winchester, Virginia. He began his career as a loan officer at Maryland National Bank.
A former football player at the University of Maryland, Mr. Fiallo has coached his kids' football, basketball, and baseball teams. He maintains an active lifestyle through mountain biking.
